In August I am embarking on a conversational exploration with the people of this state. Traveling in an RV through small towns and embracing open conversation, we will discover and share significant insights about the lives, cultures and stories of Nebraskans and our shared community. In looking forward to that endeavor, it was timely yesterday to receive audience feedback from the Habitat for Humanity Neighborhood Table Talks event I mentioned in this previous post. One attendee said:
I believe that meaningful conversation builds strong relationships, which leads to tightly knit families & communities. Thank you for inviting my husband & myself.
It is that spirit of openness and community that a couple of 830 mile long conversations will adventure into. Learn more about the project and how you may support it here.
